During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Shipping

We offer fast shipping on every order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times can vary depending on your location, the postal service, and customs procedures, all of which are outside our control. We do everything we can on our side to get your order moving without delay.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping on all orders over €60.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and any customs procedures that apply. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
