Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, just send it back to us and we'll give you a full refund. It's that simple.

How it works

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. To start, email us at info@herbolariosalcedo.es with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as items returned without a request first cannot be processed.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to process and post it on their end.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at info@herbolariosalcedo.es and we'll make it right.

Free gifts and promotional items

If your order included a free item as part of a promotion, such as a "buy one, get one free" offer or a free gift, please note that free items on their own are not eligible for a refund. If you return the paid item that qualified you for a free item, the free item should be returned with it. Otherwise we may deduct its value from your refund.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are paid to our delivery partners and are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you are shopping from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. To use this right, the item should be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above.
